Couching Lion Maple Sugar Farm
We are a small maple sugar farm, located in Huntington, Vermont. We are part of Audubon's Bird Friendly Maple initiative and strive to create high quality products in a sustainable way. Our maple syrup is wood fired and created in small batches. We also offer maple sugar, maple sugar spice blends and maple walnuts. Our Salted Maple Sugar Caramel Sauces and Maple Sugar Chocolate Sauce are very popular. We use local butter and cream and the chocolate is sourced from a cacao farm in the DR which is a bird sanctuary used by migratory birds who spend summers in Vermont.
