Find some cups or glasses that bring you joy
Add fresh juicy red berries
Stir in some lime juice
For wintertime holiday flavors: sub pomegranates for berries- squeeze in fresh blood orange juice or make an orange syrup instead of lime- use cinnamon sticks
Add some some VT Maple syrup
Add ice along with a dropper of the CBD oil
Stir well
