Vermont Cheese Council

Vermont Cheese Council represents over 40 licensed cheesemakers throughout the state who are dedicated to the production and image of premier cheese. VCC membership also includes businesses that supply our cheesemakers; distributors, retail shops, restaurants, and retailers who help promote and sell our makers' cheeses; state agencies and other organizations that help our makers run their businesses; cheesemakers from outside of Vermont; and cheese lovers and enthusiasts. Our mission includes hosting educational events for food professionals and for the public to learn more about the art and science of artisan and farmstead cheeses made in Vermont.
