The Farm Between
West Farm is our organic vegetable farm and our retail location is at The Farm Between. We also have a commercial kitchen and event space at our year round farm stand as well as a seasonal fruit and perennial plant nursery. We make jams with fruit grown on the farm and also prepared foods (soups, salads, baked goods) with fruit and vegetables that we grow and are expanding to offer kitchen rental and event space rentals.
