SILO Distillery
SILO Distillery is now under new ownership! Prior Head Distiller Erin Bell purchased SILO in September of 2025, returning to a brand she spearheaded from 2013-2020. Under her leadership sees the return of renowned Cider-maker Nicole Leibon, as well as many familiar SILO faces from years past. SILO is now the only Vermont distillery that is both women (and queer) owned and women distilled, made completely in Vermont, never bought. New renovations lead to an updated bar and lounge space, a new kitchen, but the same farm to barn to bottle spirits many Vermonters and beyond came to know and love. You will see the resurgence of the SILO line of creative flavored vodkas, small batch whiskey, and the first Vermont distilled digestif, SILO’s Vermaro.
