120+ years and 5 generations later, Hi Vue Farm produces and sells it’s Maple Syrup and Honey. We continue the family tradition of innovation and sustainability by protecting our woods and wildlife through the Audubon Certified Bird Friendly Maple Habitat and Cold Hollow to Canada and Vermont Land Trust Initiative.
We have expanded our line of Maple products to include such delights as Maple Candy and Maple Cream as well as our Artisanal Maple Vinegar. We have also added Honey Bees to the farm to provide Wildflower Honey and Beeswax products.
