Asian Homestyle Cooking (AHC) produces frozen artisanal Asian appetizers that highlight locally sourced Vermont ingredients. Our product line includes dumplings, steamed buns, scallion pancakes, and a variety of condiments and sauces such as kimchi, chili oil, dumpling sauce, and peanut sauce. Currently, these products are sold directly to consumers through an e-commerce model in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. In the coming year, AHC plans to expand production and distribute frozen dumplings to local stores and food co-ops, increasing market reach and accessibility.
