We’ll hit on everything from delegation to leadership 101, plus will give you some time to connect with your fellows. This is a coaching-forward workshop, so plan to
connect with your peers and do some reflection.
The content in this workshop is designed for folks who are actively running a food & beverage business and are seeking actionable leadership skills to help level up their operation!
Your Instructor: Alexa Cole (she/her) is a coach, mediator and facilitator. For the last 15 years, Alexa has supported teams in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and helped hundreds of executives and mid-level managers – in companies as diverse as Google, Coach, VHB and SAP gain greater confidence and connection in their business and personal lives. After spending 13 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alexa now resides in her birthplace, Vermont. She is a striving muralist and lucky mother of two
