We’ll hit on everything from delegation to leadership 101, plus will give you some time to connect with your fellows. This is a coaching-forward workshop, so plan to
connect with your peers and do some reflection.
The content in this workshop is designed for folks who are actively running a food & beverage business and are seeking actionable leadership skills to help level up their operation!
Your Instructor: Alexa Cole (she/her) is a coach, mediator and facilitator. For the last 15 years, Alexa has supported teams in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and helped hundreds of executives and mid-level managers – in companies as diverse as Google, Coach, VHB and SAP gain greater confidence and connection in their business and personal lives.
