On November 6th, the Center for Agricultural Economy (CAE), Vermont Specialty Food Association (VSFA), and Naturally New England (NNE) will be celebrating food and beverage producers from the New England region. This is a two part event starting at 1pm and ending at 5pm.

Time: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Begin the afternoon with an exclusive tour of CAE's recently renovated Venture Center before moving on to explore the Food Hub.
During this experience you'll:

Tour CAE's incubator kitchens, home to more than 20 growing food businesses
Learn about the facility's in-house fresh-cut produce processing line and commercial kitchen
Discover how CAE supports entrepreneurs through business advising and technical assistance
Hear how CAE partners with organizations like Salvation Farms to transform gleaned produce into value-added products for the charitable food system
Enjoy a presentation from a local keynote speaker from Jasper Hill highlighting innovation and collaboration within New England's food ecosystem.

Time: 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Continue the afternoon by connecting with food and beverage entrepreneurs from across New England at our Producer Showcase. Browse products, meet founders, sample regional brands, and build meaningful relationships with fellow members of the food and beverage community.
