Vermont Fresh Award Winning Spicy Black Bean Ravioli

Talk about, quick, easy and delicious...

You can have a fresh local dinner ready to enjoy in under 10 minutes.
What you need:
one 13 oz package of Vermont Fresh Spicy Black Bean Ravioli (12 pieces).
shredded (Crowley) sharp cheddar cheese
1 jar (Fox Meadow Red Mexican) Salsa

Drop ravioli into boiling water, cook for approximately 2 minutes (do not overcook)
Plate the ravioli and top with Fox Meadow's salsa (my favorite) and Crowley cheddar.

You can microwave or broil to melt the cheese.  

Add a dollop of sour cream on the side and enjoy!  (feeds 2 - 3 people)
